Online application
Our application process is simple and straightforward. Please use our "Apply now" button as soon as you have found a suitable position. We look forward to receiving your well-structured CV. A cover letter is not a must for us. However, if you would like to supplement your CV and motivation with a cover letter, we would be delighted to receive it.
Step three
Review of the application documents
Once we have received your application, we will review your documents and get back to you as soon as possible. Because we know that an application takes time and effort, we check every application very carefully.
Step four
Selection procedure
If there is a match between your documents and the position, we will invite you to an initial virtual meeting with the potential new department. We will get to know each other better in a relaxed conversation. If the first interview confirms the positive impression for all parties involved, a second interview will take place in person on site. Here you will find out more about Encavis as an employer, the vacancy and your new colleagues. Sometimes there is even time for a lunch together! In any case, it is important to us that you can make your decision at the end of the day with a good feeling.

Hiring
If everything fits, we will be happy to make you a contract offer. After signing the contract, you will regularly receive further information about your start at Encavis as part of our pre-boarding process. While the anticipation grows on both sides, we will prepare everything for your onboarding so that you feel fully part of the Encavis team from day 1.
